Ontario window rebate is now offered through Enbridge Gas. Enbridge Gas and the Greener Homes Grant of Canada have teamed up to provide rebates for eligible home retrofits in Ontario through the HER+ program. These rebates cover the cost of upgrading insulation, replacing windows and doors, installing heat pumps, and renewable energy systems. The rebate program is designed to help more Ontarians save energy in their homes. Therefore, this is excellent news for residents across the province. Particularly for Enbridge Gas customers who use natural gas to heat their homes because they can receive rebates of up to $10,000 for the retrofits and an additional $600 rebate available to offset the cost of an EnerGuide home evaluation.

The Canada Greener Homes Grant is accessible to all qualified Canadians across the nation. Therefore, if you are a homeowner in Ontario and an Enbridge Gas client, you are eligible for the HER+ program. Moreover, regardless of whether the property is your primary residence or a rental property.
However, there are certain exceptions where homes may not qualify for the program. For instance, multi-unit residential buildings with over three storeys or larger than 600 m2, cooperatives.
